Tai Chi Man hauled out the old Swiss flag today, August 1st. He has Swiss nationality as his mum is Swiss, and that means that our kids do too. Cool!

This is the start of my “using leftovers to keep myself busy until my laceweight arrives” project. This pattern is called Entwined and you can find it here. And on Ravelry, of course. I printed this out yonks ago and had it my pattern folder for just this occasion!

The yarn is the teal Kertzer Northern Chunky from which I made the diamond yoke cardigan. The finished item will be a long thin scarf with built-in fingerless mitts at the ends. A fun project, and perfect for TV knitting, as it’s all garter.
