This is becoming a habit! Each week, after finishing teaching the knitting class, I have driven down to Second Cup for a London Fog. They make the best ones. This however is the last week, so I won’t have the excuse next week!
Only two students this morning. One I wasn’t expecting, because he only booked to come for two sessions. However I think the other one who didn’t show just forgot today. It was a slower pace as far as teaching was concerned, as both girls had projects to work on (and sew up, yay) but I did demo a little knitting in the round three ways – circs, double pointed needles, and magic loop. And we had lots of time to chat.
Now it’s time to start putting my name out there for more teaching opportunities. Of course with the school (and homeschool) year starting up soon, this is a great time to send out my info. Parents are planning schedules, curricula, activities for their kids. And of course I want to teach adults too. I’d like to offer a mindful knitting class in my spiritual group, so I am playing with some ideas for that.
Fun stuff!
It’s the best time to make some plans for the future
and it’s time to be happy. I’ve read this post and if
I could I desire to suggest you some interesting things or advice.
Maybe you can write next articles referring to
this article. I desire to read even more things about it!
