Yesterday afternoon was dedicated to crochet. I took a look at the pile of stuff I’ve already made and thought I’d add another bag to the collection. I used Knitpicks Brava in Sienna, held together with the random ball of Marks and Kattens Carolina from frogging the garter stitch coat.
I really should write up this pattern and publish it….maybe!
However, I am definitely going to have to take a break from crocheting for now. I went to the acupuncturist today, had lots of needles stuck into me (and wow, the one that went into the sore elbow area really hit a nerve) and was told to rest that elbow. I am trying to remember to lift things with my left arm instead, and maybe I’ll come up with an alternative craft I can do to continue to make saleable items.
It’s been a hot day here. Officially 27 degrees at 5pm, 24 in the shade around our house. Tai Chi Man gave the lawn its first mowing on the weekend because it was getting long in places, the fruit and nut trees in the yard are filling out with leaves and I’m loving the shades of green everywhere.
I hope you’re enjoying the burgeoning Spring where you are, and happy crafting 🙂
Lovely bag! Spring here in the UK a beautiful morning, but cloudy now! The joy of never knowing what to wear!
