Another iPad/ebook cover is finished, this time in Willow Wash Cranberry, again with a gold owl.

This button wasn’t my first choice but the one I wanted to use had such a small hole that I broke the eyes of two needles before giving up.

My other completed project for today is a quick one – a little bird ornament. These seem quite popular with knitters and crocheters, and I was thinking of making something to beautify (yarnbomb) my friend’s garden for her 80th, so I made this up as I went along.

I have a stack of Diana Gabaldon books from the library (2 – 7 in the Outlander series) so my time over the next couple of weeks is going to be mostly taken up with crocheting and reading. Could be worse, eh!
