This is the progress so far on the hooded cowl.  It’s mindless knitting, just switching between stockinette and reverse stockinette in a Fibonnaci sequence.  I’ve done about 4″, though it looks less from this angle. 

Love the colour of this yarn, but I’m still having adulterous thoughts and wondering about starting on another crochet blanket! Or maybe something quick to satisfy my project- over process-knitter tendencies. 

It’s the end of another weekend and, whilst Tai Chi Man has work tomorrow, I am looking forward to a home day, which means laundry and bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Maybe I’ll finish spring-cleaning the main bathroom (oh joy, more grout-bleaching) and that’ll leave me with just the kitchen on the list.
