It’s the 12th which means we’re half-way through our Advent fun.
I’m so glad I made the effort to create this yarny Advent calendar and also that I decided to blog every day. I love this time of the year and I’m always a bit sad when December whizzes by and in the blink of an eye the Winter Solstice has passed.
I feel like I’m appreciating it all more this year and enjoying each day as it comes.

I realised after I took this photo that my son had included a teeny package of clear beads in the bag as well.
We had a quiet Sunday. Mr Fixit had to replace the control panel on our washer, and the band that goes around the drum on a friend’s dryer. Of course the parts arrived while we were out of town.
I spent a few hours in my sewing room.

There are five cat masks, one for each of us, plus a Snoopy one and a gnome one for me. If you have to wear a mask you might as well have fun with it.
Work tomorrow!
Thank you for sharing!
Such sweet pictures of animals on the masks. Agree – entertain your viewer.
Half way to Christmas . No gift exchange now in our family. Nothing needed please.

Cute masks and nice yarn. I agree with the masks – but can’t get my family to wear any but plain ones!
Whaaat!? So much more fun to wear patterned ones. 😀
I know! In the beginning of the pandemic I made a pile of masks for a friend and her family, incl one, a chef, who received fabric with pizzas all over it!
